AIR DRYERS

If you use an air compressor in an area with high humidity, we highly recommend installing an Air Dryer.
Moisture and oil from air compressors contaminate lines, dilute samples, and vary flame temperatures ultimately
de-stabilizing flame AA readings. The result is inaccurate readings. The easiest, most economical solution for
removing moisture and contaminates is installing our Air Dryer. The simple design and small size make installation easy.
Air Dryers are essential to stabilizing readings, especially during humid months!
Air Dryers are heatless self-regenerating dryers with no chiller. They have little or no maintenance and
expel moisture by alternating between two drying columns. The oil and excess water is filtered out of the
air before it gets to the drying columns. We custom-designed the circuitry for use with flame atomic absorption
spectrophotometers, but our Air Dryers will work well with many types of equipment.

SURGE PROTECTORS AND VOLTAGE REGULATORS
Regardless of the brand, we highly recommend using a quality surge protector combined with a quality voltage regulator
to protect your equipment. We sell Tripplite surge protectors and Sola voltage regulators for less than the
recommended retail price. In 20 years of application with instrumentation, we’ve only seen one surge protector
failure and one voltage regulator failure using these brands. We’ll be happy to walk you through the simple setup process.
Not all surge protectors are created equal and most provide a false sense of security.
This false sense of security stems from a $.85 device designed to provide protection for electrical surges.
After that one shot, the surge protector is often damaged and can no longer provide protection.
Often times, you may never know it isn’t working. Tripplite surge protectors are packed with different types of protectors.
If one device fails, another device will usually stop the surge. More importantly, the protector keeps on working.
